You know that feeling: when you simply must have a fishbone-inspired comb, only to discover it is a conceptual piece. The Inni Combs series (above) were designed by Félicie Eymard Ericsdóttir, who is currently studying Industrial Design in Brussels, Belgium. I’m so impressed with the level of sophistication coming from this student designer:

“Oksa”, a collection of campfire tools made of tubular steel. “Oksa” means “branch” in Finnish.

Medals for Special Olympics Belgium, made of aluminum.

Sopp glasses made for Durobor. Named after “mushroom” in Norwegian.

An ergonomic design that looks natural, not overly tech-y.
Félicie graduates this year. Someone go give her some money so she can mass-produce those combs!
